Where has my lightbulb tray icon gone

Just updated to the latest drop of Windows 10 and .NET, which broke the WHS connector again!
[Features update version 2004; 2020-07 Cumulative update for .NET (KB4565627 & KB4562899); 2020-06 Security Update for Adobe Flash (KB4561600)]

Reinstalled the connector OK but my reassuring light-out icon in the system tray is missing! How do I get it back?

Please check that Lights-Out is still installed. Then a reboot should fix the issue.
Otherwise reinstall Lights-Out client software.

Can you start the program from start menu?

or have you tried to logoff/logon?
