I got me a license for LO and LO Mobile. I can not connect externaly to my server with the LO Mobile version on iPhone 11.

System: EX490 E8500 4Gb RAM
OS: WIndows Server standard 2019 with Essentials 2016.

I think I did it all by the book:

- Portforwarding 7784 in the router.
- WOL checked. (Frtitz! box)
- Checked portforwarding 7784 in the windows filrewall.
- SSL binding are okay.
- I can ping the server at the desired IP adress.
- Remote Desktop is working.
- http://(servername).remotewebacces.com is working.
- I can connect the app on the internal network. (port 7782)

Externaly (port 7784) I can not connect........

I am out of options / ideas.......

Does anyone has a clue or idea?

Addition:

If I try to connect in a webbrowser with:

https://(servername).remotewebacces.com:8874

I will get a security warning and after continue it goes directly to the page

http://(servername)

Where is can download the client installation software.

If you get a security warning in your browser with https://(servername).remotewebacces.com:7784, you have not assigned the correct Essentials certificate to port 7784.
Please fix that first.

Then open Lights-Out Mobile and enter (servername).remotewebacces.com:7784. That should now find the server.

I checked the bindings again and they look fine.

Even with the Go-Daddy cetificate is will not work........

Yes, you assign the GoDaddy certificate to port 7784.
