Console stürtzt beim Versuch den Server zu sichern ab

Hallo Forengemeinde,

ich habe seit geraumer Zeit (letzte Sicherung im Mai :oops: ) das Problem, dass ich meine Shares nicht mehr auf meine USB-Platte sichern kann.
Nun ist es nicht so, das das Backup an sich versagt (das läuft gar nicht erst an), sondern die Console selber abstürzt.
Ich kann sozusagen sicherungstechnisch mit dem Server selbst überhaupt nichts tun/konfigurieren. Sobald ich einen der beiden Menupunkte anwähle
stürzt sofort die Konsole ab und ich steh auf dem Desktop.
Ich habe mich durch die Threads bezüglich des Acer WHS's gelesen aber da stellt sich das Problem ja etwas anders dar, da brechen die Backups ja nach
unbestimmter Zeit sporadisch ab.

Ich kann weder 'Sicherungen anzeigen' noch 'Jetzt sichern'! :x

USB-Platte ist i.O. / CheckDisk meldet keine Problem / Windows Explorer kann prima mit der Platte um / Datenbankreparatur hat auch nix gebracht

Hat jemand Vorschläge?

Dann poste doch mal den Logfile der Konsole .. dann können wir mal schauen mit welcher Fehlermeldung die Konsole abstürzt

Ich würde sagen dies ist die entscheidende Fehlermeldung ...
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Das Gerät ist nicht bereit. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x80070015)
und das klingt auch gar nicht toll ...

Denke ich auch und das sagt mir jetzt genau was? :roll: Wie gesagt Windows selbst kann wunderbar von der Platte lesen und auch darauf schreiben.

Hab die entsprechenden Files mal gelöscht.

Die Platte ist NTFS formatiert mit mindestens 4K-Byte Blockgröße ?

Sicherung läuft wieder! :mrgreen: - Hab den Server neu aufgesetzt. :x

Danach lief sie aber immer noch nicht. Nach einiger Recherche, hab ich dann festgestellt, dass der Server die Menge der Daten hinter der 'Musik'-Freigabe nicht mehr anzeigen konnte
(in der Home-Server-Console). Wenn so ein Problem besteht hilft das hier weiter: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-U ... 0e9e831ef4
Danach konnte ich auch wieder die Sicherung anschubsen. :D

Ich hatte vorher auch noch das hier: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-U ... 9c4b4f0cee laufen lassen. Ergebnis: keine Auffälligkeiten
Dauert ja auch nur ein Paar Stunden. :twisted:

Interessanterweise hat das hier: http://www.clarkezone.net/default.aspx? ... b0ca1d653a nichts am Sicherungsstatus meines Server geändert. Sondern
eben nur die Client-Sicherungen (samt Status) bereinigt.

So - nun muss ich nur noch meine NFS-Freigaben wieder einrichten, damit mein WD-TV wieder vernünftig auf meine Daten zugreifen kann. Aber heute nich mehr...

Also: Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob das Problem mit der 'Musik'-Freigabe nicht schon vorher bestanden hat!? Wenn dem so war, dann hätte ich mir das Neuaufsetzen des Servers natürlich sparen können.

PS: Die Fehlermeldung aus dem Consolen-Log hat mich auf die total falsche Fährte geschickt! Mit der USB-Platte war die ganze Zeit alles i.O. :evil:
