server actions greyed out in the iOS app

Beitrag von ovexi » 24. Dez 2019, 01:18

Hello Martin,

I have installed Lights-Out 3.0 on my Windows 10 server and used it for a month while it was free to try.
I've downloaded the iOS Lights-Out mobile app and successfully configured and used it to do server actions like 'wake-up' and 'save energy'.
Everything worked great.

After Lights-Out 3.0 free trial expired, I went back to Lights-Out 2.0 for which I have a Home Edition license. I did all the settings similar to Lights-Out 3.0 however I'm not able now to do any server actions from my mobile app. All the actions in the app are greyed out and the app says that the actions are "Disabled in settings".
All the settings in the Console/Mobile devices tab seem to be correct (server actions are enabled in device properties for my iPhone).

Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

That's a bug. A fixed app will be published in January. Sorry for this.
