Acer H340 WHS2011 installiert nicht vom Stick

Hallo - es grüßt ein Verzweifelter.
Ich wollte auf meine Acer H340 das neue WHS 2011 installieren. Habe mich vorab durch alle Seiten hier geqäult und doch keine passende Information bekommen. Ich habe mir sogar einen VGA Anschluss besorgt und auch den Jumper platziert damit ich in mein BIOS komme bzw. alles am Monitor verfolgen kann. Ich gehe davon aus das ich meinen USB Stick (3.0) zum booten gebracht habe denn er fährt hoch und der Abbruch findet erst statt wenn er die Windows Dateien installieren soll. Bei der Fehlermeldung kommt : "Failed to wait for pnp device some drives and devices may not be visible."

Ich habe auch nur eine Festplatte eingesetzt und diese NFTS formatiert. Viele schreiben auch von Einstellungen im BIOS AHCI oder IDE - ich kann in meinem Bios nichts finden. Auch wird auf Treiber von Acer verwiesen die man downloaden kann - aber wie installiere ich diese?

Ich bin für jegliche Hilfe dankbar- denn ich weiß nicht mehr weiter....

Hallo, Installiere das System mit Virtual Box und binde die neue Festplatte als physikalische Platte in virtual box ein.führe dann in die Installation aus. Danach hängst du die Platte als Systemplatte in den Acer und bootest. Dieses Verfahren hat bei mir mit mehreren Betriebssystemen einwandfrei geklappt und du brauchst dich nicht mit einer blinden Installation zu quälen. Das hat mich wohl zu Recht immer von dieser Installationsart abgeschreckt. Anleitung zu virtual Box und und Einbinden einer physikalischen disc gibt es mehrere im Internet zu finden habe gerade den Link nicht zur Hand.
