Service nicht gestartet

Moin, ich habe die IP des WHS von DHCP auf Statisch geändert und neu gestartet:
Da finde ich sowas in der LightsOut.Service.2010-11-08.log: Im Eventlog steht nur lapidar:
Allerdings steht genau vor dem letzten Event eines vom Iphlpsvc:
"Isatap interface isatap.{82552A1D-F492-47B5-AC4E-9C23E75111FE} with address fe80::5efe:192.168.10.3 has been brought up."
Das ist die interne IP des Vail. Heißt das die Netzwerkverbindung stand bis dahin nicht und das LightsOut aus der Bahn geworfen?
