Won't Stay Asleep

I've been using Lights-Out for years on my WS2012/16 Essentials and LO3 was working perfectly.

I've ditched WS and gone Windows 11 Pro for Workstations (to keep ReFS support) with Veeam for backup and reinstalled LO3.

I'm now having issues getting this PC to stay asleep. Regardless of how I initiate the sleep (via the OS or LO3) it goes through:
- Initiated saving energy
- Save energy
- Resume (sometime it is Resume [5 Intel(R) Ethernet Connection ....)

In Monitoring I've tried unchecking everything but no luck
On my Lights Out Client I've made sure "Enable Monitoring to Keep Server Active" is unchecked

Anything else to check?

Thanks - I knew it was user error, but after all these years I'd forgotten what settings I'd used!
