Hallo,

ich habe die Connector Troubleshooter Software installiert.

ich bekomme aber im browsebr nur eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt und folgende Hilfen:

Cannot connect to the server internal secure Web services

The server internal secure Web services use TCP port 56000. This test may indicate that there is a problem with the Web services on your home server, but it is more likely that other problems are contributing to this issue.

Check the following:

Your home server and home computers are connected to the same router.


Internet Information Services (IIS) is running on Windows Home Server.

The "WHS site" is started on IIS.

There is a security certificate installed on the "WHS site".

TCP ports 55000 and 56000 are open on your Windows Home Server Windows Firewall.




Normalerweise müsste das tool doch out-of-the-box laufen oder ?
Die Websites habe ich im WHS aktiviert.. eine Domain für Remote habe ich nicht konfiguriert.. benötigt man auch nicht..
IIS Service läuft !

Was bedeutet das : There is a security certificate installed on the "WHS site". ??

Woran könnte der Fehler liegen ?

Hast du denn auf dem Client den Connector installiert bzw. ist das fehlgeschlagen?
Der installiert das Zertifikat.

Wie und wo hast du den Troubleshouter gestartet?

ja.. die Anleitung kenne ich.

Den connector hab ich ohne Problem installieren können..
