Synology Hyper Backup Vault Batch Command

Hi,
I have a Synology RS812+ as our main file server which backs up using Hyperbackup to a second synology DS411+ using Hyper backup vault.
What I would like to do is schedule the DS411+ to turn on at a time, start the Hyperbackup process on the RS812+ and then shut down the DS411+ when the backup is complete.
Is this possible ?
If it is possible could someone please give me advice on how to do this ?
