Upgraded to version 4642 last week and since then I am missing computers in the console. Sometimes one or two show up but most of the time there are none. If I run it from a client there are always no computers, if I run it on the server (2016 ESS) I can sometimes see one or 2 if I leave the console on for a while on the computers tab.

please open a ticket and attach logs or your server and a client computer.

Server logs
Simply zip the whole folder c:\programdata\LightsOut3\Logs (via right click, send to compressed folder) and attach the archive to the ticket. If you do not see a folder c:\programdata, then open explorer options and enable "show hidden files and folders".

Client computer logs
Simply zip the whole folder c:\programdata\LightsOut3Client\Logs (via right click, send to compressed folder) and attach the archive to the ticket. If you do not see a folder c:\programdata, then open explorer options and enable "show hidden files and folders".
