@Hellboy,
this is most often a driver problem. Please attach a monitor/keyboard to your WHS and verify, that the graphics driver is running with full acceleration.
Then test that a manual standby works:
Start->Shutdown, select Hibernate or Suspend.
When this works, try to use LightsOut again.
Regards
Martin

Hi Martin,
I re-check and re-install the graphics card driver,
and now is at full acceleration.
standby and hibernation is working..
but only manually.
LightsOut is not putting the server to sleep or to Hibernate.
Thanks for your help on this.!

Ok. Then please tell me what you have configured.
Are you using client monitoring? Or the calendar?
The current version has a known problem. When the LightsOut service tries to put the server into standby and this fails, the service keeps failing all the time.
So please try to restart the LightsOut Service.
This bug is fixed in the next version scheduled for Sunday.

Martin

Martin, if the clients are in sleep mode,
will the server wake up the clients for a back up ?
No, the server will not wake up any client.
If a client is scheduled for backup it will automatically wake up (from standby or hiberantion) during the configured backup time span.
This is a feature of the WHS connector.

Martin
