I have the Lights-Out server (version 3.8.0.4945) running on a Windows 11 Pro PC.
I have two PCs running the client app (also version 3.8.0.4945). One is a Windows 11 PC, the other is a Windows 10 PC.
The Windows 11 PC is fine, showing when the server is both online and offline, the on the Windows 10 PC, the client app always shows the server offline. I can't manually wake the server from the Windows 10 client app, nor from the Console app.
The connection to the server is correctly shown in the Connection app, and I've tried reinstalling the client, but it hasn't cleared the issue.
Interestingly, in the Console, the client app version entry is not shown, just a ?, but "About" in the Client app shows the version as 3.8.0.495
What's going on, and what do I need to do to fix this? Thank you.

Try to reconnect the client, see here for details: https://help.green-it-software.com/help ... uters.html

Re: Client Says Server is Offline - But It's Not
Well, I disconnected from the server, waited more than 3 minutes and then reconnected again. The Windows 10 Client app still insists that the server is offline, and it's not. What now? Thanks.

Re: Client Says Server is Offline - But It's Not
OK, figured it out.
1. In the Console, I removed the entry for the Windows 10 computer.
2. I uninstalled the Client app and deleted all configuration and log files
3. I reinstalled the Client app and connected to the Server.
It's working again.
