Lightsout windows tasks

I have a remote win 10 server accessed by rdp. I run Emby media server which I use to record TV, Emby makes a win10 task to start the server for each recording. Problem is when I manually delete those tasks from task scheduler they are still acted upon by lightsout 3.0.1.4433 I have looked in Windows System32 Tasks they are not there.

It is the Agatha Christie tasks which I tried as an example.
I have no idea where Lightsout is picking them up from.

Lights-Out is not picking up this task. Lights-Out does only show the reason for a wake-up. You can get the same result if you do a

powercfg /lastwake

This should display the same reason (Wake-up by Emby ...). It's not Lights-Out which wakes the machine.
I can't explain why the "Agatha Christie task" is executed again and again.
