Remote access SSL error

Since updating to Lights-Out Mobile version 3.0, I am getting a SSL 525 chain validation error when trying to access remotely. Locally I am able to connect with no issues.

What mobile os? Android or iPhone?
What SSL certificate are you using?

I am using IOS 12.3.1 on an iPhone. The certificate is the free one you get when you set up remote web access on Windows Server 2016 Essentials (I believe it is a GoDaddy certificate).

Ok, please verify, that you use the latest (current) GoDaddy cert for Lights-Out. Connect to your server and run the Lights-Out SSL Configuration utility. Select "use existing certs" and verify that the GoDaddy is the latest, current cert. Save the settings and try again.
