Acronis True Image 2019

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with getting Acronis True Image 2019 backing up with lights-out 2.5.1.3905.

Lights-Out will detect that an Acronis backup is running if i trigger it from within Acronis however if i trigger a backup to run using the lights out client nothing will happen and the next time i launch Acronis it will open a "Report a problem to Acronis" dialog box.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I have not been able to replicate your issue. TI 2019 build 14110 runs fine on my test system.
However Acronis already published an update to TI 2019 which may have fixed the issue.

Ok,have been able to reproduce it now. It happens if the program is not already open. This is an Acronis bug.
Will try to report the issue.

Here's a test build https://www.green-it-software.com/downl ... 2.3936.exe which includes a work around for the issue. Please give it a try and report back.

Hi Martin,

That test version has solved it. It works from both the right click context menu and through the calendar schedule.
