Why is Mobile version a PAY item

I have just purchased the Home version of Lights-Out 2.5 and am dismayed to discover that I also have to pay for the Mobile version of the client. Why is this? I am of the opinion that if you buy the software you should get all of it not just the computer and server part.

Simply because not everyone wants a mobile app (and not everyone wants to pay for unused things). To create a free app, I would have to increase the price for each license by 5 US$.

I would rather have had the initial price higher than have to pay for additional pieces to make it function as designed.
