NAS Storage Patriot Valkyrie Backup Fehler

Hallo Leute,
ich habe hier NAS Storage Valkyrie von Patriot. Von dem würde ich gern ein Backup auf eine externe Festplatte ziehen wollen was er aber leider nicht macht.
Ich bekomme im Log immer folgende Fehlermeldung ausgespuckt. Schonmal danke für jegliche Hilfe und schönes We euch.
