Lights-Out Console showing incorrect backup status

I'm running Lights-Out version 3.7.3.4890 on DSM 7 and on my Windows clients. I use Active Backup for Business to backup my clients. The Lights-Out console shows about half of the backups as failed with the "Aborted" status but they've actually succeeded. This issue isn't new in 4890. I've been slow to report it. How can I help you debug this?
