Power Requests from other software [AWAYMODE] is a monitored source even though I have deselected it under the monitor settings.
powercfg -requests returns
AWAYMODE:
[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume12\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe
Any save energy requests from a client are ignored and state Veto from PowerRequest
Can someone help as I am not able to put my Homeserver to sleep.

Re: Power Requests from other software
Fixed by changing Multimedia settings in Power options to When sharing media : Allow the computer to sleep
Options are at
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings

Re: Power Requests from other software
The issue is Plex itself. It enables the Away mode. This is a fake Standby mode and as a result blocks any "real" standby.
To fix the issue, open services and look for the plex media service. Remember the service name. Open Lights-Out Console, settings -> action. Add the service name to the services controlled by Lights-Out. Now Lights-Out will first stop the plex media service and then go into standby. On resume, Lights-Out will restart the service.
If plex is not running as a service (I'm not using it, so I have no own experience), then you have to look for another way to stop plex just before Lights-Out executes a power action. This requires a batch file and a user action in Lights-Out.
