P3-733MHz / 512Mb-SDRAM / 2x250Gb IDE-HDD (idle-50W / last-73W)
mache gerade einen Datentransfer von USB-HDD
-> demigrator.exe hält die Füße still 0% CPU-Last

"....Below is a set of instructions to prepare a home server for testing the beta of Power Pack 1:
Ensure you have a complete backup of all of your files. While internal testing so far indicates that we have fixed the data corruption bug in the beta release, the whole point of a beta test is to validate internal testing. This means there is a risk that our internal tests have not detected all issues. As a beta tester it is your responsibility
to ensure that your data is backed up and protected before you install the beta.
If you are setting up a new home server to run the beta, download and install the "Windows Home Server RTM Evaluation Edition" from Microsoft Connect.
Ensure that Windows Updates are enabled for your home server. Your home server must have all the latest updates from Windows Update installed before you install the beta Power Pack 1 update package..."

Re: How bout localized version?
Posted by photoexposer in Windows Home Server Power Pack 1 Beta

The German Update package and ISOs for the DVD/CDs are available on Connect for Power Pack 1 RC4 beta. I just checked and they are available if you click on the Downlo ad link.
The reason the build # is incremented to 1771.3 is because we had to do 3 more builds after 1771 to fix localization bugs with the Germen build - where the strings were either not translated or the translation was deemed to be needing a fix.
[/quote]
Hello Mr. Headrick. Could it be that you are testing the link internal? Last showup at Connect after the personal logon is the package "13.06.2008 Windows Home Server Feature Focus 1 PC Applications..."
logoff, logon, refresh of the page will not change the actual content. Maybe an "over the ocean time gap"?
Bin gespannt wann das dann klappt
